Allowah Lion
Founder & Lead Instructor
Alan Lowenschuss (aka Allowah Lion), BA, MA, E-RYT 500, has been a student of philosophy and world spirituality since his early teens, and a student of Yoga for the past 20+ years. Allowah holds a BA and an MA (in Philosophy and Liberal Arts) from the University of Pennsylvania, and from 1997-2001 did post-graduate work in Kabbalah and Yoga at New York University. He is registered as an E-RYT 500 through Yoga Alliance, and also earned a 300-hour certification through Dr. David Frawley’s American Institute of Vedic Studies.
In addition to his formal training, Alan has studied Yoga with other teachers both in India and the U.S., including Sri Karunamayi, David Swenson, Sri Anandi Ma, Ganga White, Tracey Rich, and Dharma Mittra. For the past 14 years, Alan has taught Yoga full-time in Pennsylvania, Florida, Hawaii, and Costa Rica. In 2006, Alan opened his first Yoga School, “Yoga Quest University,” (now known as Truly Helpful) a 200-Hr and 500-Hr Yoga Alliance registered school, which trains and certifies those desiring to teach yoga as a profession, as well as to promote and raise awareness about Yoga and its rich heritage.
Allowah has over 10,000 hours teaching yoga, has led 30+ Yoga Teacher Trainings (registering over 60 Yoga teachers with Yoga Alliance), and has hosted over 20 Yoga Retreats all around the world!

Beata Kollarova
Dance Teacher
Beata is an inspiring dance teacher who shares her Love and happiness through movement, showing the way to happiness and freedom through the harmony of body and soul. With 26 years of dance experience, she offers passionate and energetic original Latin, Modern and Disco dance instruction.
Beata was born in Slovakia, Bratislava and has been dancing from the age of 6. At 14 she became a member of Miguel Mendez’s dance troupe from Nicaragua, where she learned original Latin dances. In 2004, she joined Grupo Caliente where she met Gabriel Ballany who was her dance partner for 15 years. Since 2006 she has been dancing and performing professionally with Gabriel. In 2007, they began to teach and perform in Slovakia and many festivals all over Europe. Beata has been teaching the original techniques and methods of her master, Leo Garcia. She is a very popular dance instructor because of her original “lady” style, with smooth and silky technique of arms, body movement and musicality. She also knows how to teach and create original dance choreographies of different dance styles.
She offers group and private dance lessons in the following:
- Mambo, Chachaha, Bachata, Disco, Discofox, Jive, Blues, Swing, Modern, and Wedding
- Lady styling (body movement and choreogrphy)
- Dance technique and musciality
- Learn How to Dance (basics of dance and movement for everyone)
