Founder & Instructor
Alan Lowenschuss, BA, MA, ERYT-200, has been a student of philosophy and world spirituality since his early teens, and a student of Yoga for the past 20 years. Alan holds a BA and an MA (in Philosophy and Liberal Arts) from the University of Pennsylvania, and from 1997-2001 did post-graduate work in Kabbalah and Yoga at New York University. He is registered as an eRYT 200 through Yoga Alliance, and also earned a 300-hour certification through Dr. David Frawley’s American Institute of Vedic Studies.
In addition to his formal training, Alan has studied Yoga with other teachers both in India and the U.S., including Sri Karunamayi, David Swenson, Sri Anandi Ma, Ganga White, Tracey Rich, and Dharma Mittra. For the past 12 years, Alan has taught Yoga full-time in Pennsylvania, Florida, Hawaii, and Costa Rica. In 2006, Alan opened what is now Yoga University, a 200-Hr Yoga Alliance registered school, which trains and certifies those desiring to teach yoga as a profession, as well as to promote and raise awareness about Yoga and its rich heritage.

A yogi at heart, designer by trade, and lover of all things healthy, Bea is on our team to get our message and purpose to those ready to let go of fear in exchange for love. She graduated from Flagler College with a BA in graphic design and fine arts in St. Augustine and has been designing since. Her other goal of becoming a certified yoga teacher has also been accomplished with Yoga University back in January of 2016.
Known for her smile and inspiration, Bea’s mission is aligned with ours and we are happy to share her gifts with you. She is also a mother, cook, photographer, traveler, and artist. When she isn’t working on our projects, her company Wholistic Graphics is serving other conscious businesses. Bea loves being part of a movement that inspires change from within. Meeting Allowah taught her much of what she practices today and has changed her life forever.

Katrina Lilly is a multi-dimensional intuitive healer with multiple modalities. Our chef at retreats and trainings, Katrina is certified as a weight-loss practitioner and a nutritional therapist from The Health Sciences Academy. She uses food as medicine and teaches others how to do the same. Her healing style is always creative and integrative!
A big bonus to having Katrina on our team is her musical ability. As a professional musician, she uses healing tones, mantras, and vibrations as her primary tools. She also loves to teach others how to use their own voice and instrumental abilities for expansion and spiritual growth. Katrina takes a co-creative approach with her work, enjoys being in the flow of love, and of course being Truly Helpful in her daily life!
